Your first self-injection should be performed at your doctor's office so he or she can show you or your caregiver the right way to give injections. After this training, and with your doctor's approval, you may be able to inject at home.

These injection demonstration videos and instruction manuals are not meant to replace the Instructions for Use (IFU) that come with your TREMFYA® medication. It’s important to read the IFU before using your TREMFYA® prefilled syringe or One-Press injector and each time you get a refill.
If you’ve received approval to inject at home and have been properly trained, you can use Safe Returns® as a simple, safe, and convenient way to dispose of your used devices at no cost to you.
After you sign up for Safe Returns®, you’ll receive a certified Safe Returns® sustainable mail-back envelope in the mail, along with easy-to-follow mail-back instructions. To get started, simply fill out this form.

If you have been prescribed TREMFYA® for approved on-label use and are 18 or older, you are eligible for this program. For those eligible, TREMFYA withMe is completely free. Eligibility for program components may vary.
You can call your TREMFYA withMe Guide at your convenience at 1-833-WITHME1 (948-4631); they are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM ET. Throughout your treatment, you can also discuss the most suitable times to connect, according to your schedule and lifestyle, with your TREMFYA withMe Guide.
TREMFYA withMe Guides are qualified healthcare professionals* located throughout the U.S. who are ready to help. Once you've been assigned a dedicated Guide, you will speak to the same Guide every time you call.
If your Guide is unavailable, you can leave a message or speak with another Guide.

On your first call, your Guide will introduce themselves and provide an overview of the support they can provide. They will ask questions to better understand you and your treatment journey, so they can best help you navigate any support you may need while on TREMFYA®.
You can expect to connect with the same Guide each time you call. Your Guide will be by your side throughout your treatment journey and can help find information and resources you may need. While enrolled in the TREMFYA withMe program, feel free to reach out to your Guide as often as needed.
